Collaborations
In remarkable company
Özel partners with designers, ateliers and houses to create accessories rooted in Indian craft and built for a global stage.

Two design-first, women-led houses came together to translate the language of fine jewellery into something you could carry. Antique metalwork frames, hand-set Kundan-style stones and dense zardozi embroidery turn each piece into an heirloom in waiting.
It took more than forty pairs of hands — the sketch artist, the embroiderer, the pattern master, the finisher. A limited edition by design: not mass-produced, but, as the makers like to say, mass-loved.

Özel’s accessories walked the ramp at Lakmé Fashion Week, styled to finish Mahima Mahajan’s print-rich, maximal couture.
Mirror-mosaic minaudières, liquid-gold metal fringe and sculptural carry pieces were built to hold their own under runway light — statement objects that complete a look rather than simply accompany it.

A meeting of fine jewellery and accessory design. With DiAi Designs — the Mumbai house working in 18kt gold and lab-grown diamonds — Özel created an exclusive range of gold-and-diamond bag charms, paired with minimalist, luxe bags.
Every piece was built to be versatile: the charm detaches to be worn as a pendant, and each bag carries more than one way. The collection previewed at the Özel studio in Film Nagar, Hyderabad.

Özel bags, made for TheRealB and presented with The Global Collective at New York Fashion Week.
Pearl-embroidered potlis, crystal belts and tasselled bandhani pouches carried Indian craft onto a New York runway — proof that hand-work from home can hold a global stage.
