Shashwati Polki Lumba Rakhi
Hand-set polki-style stones — new this season, one batch only.
Each design is made in one small batch. We do not re-run designs once they sell out.
A rakhi this special shouldn't be a last-minute thing
Every ÖZEL rakhi is made by hand, in one small batch for the season. We don't re-run designs — when a rakhi sells out, it is gone until next year. Ordering early isn't a marketing line here; it's simply how a small-batch atelier works.
Designs don't come back
One batch per design, per season. Last year, our most-loved styles were reserved well before Rakhi week — and there was nothing we could do for latecomers.
Early orders ship first
We dispatch strictly in order of booking. Book now and your rakhi travels before the festive courier rush — not through it.
First pick of the range
Colours, jodis with lumba, kids' rakhis — the complete range is only ever available at the start of the season. The closer to Rakhi, the fewer the choices.
How families actually order
These pairings come straight from last Rakhi season's orders — 6 in 10 orders included more than one rakhi.
Neelkanth Rakhi
Bought together with Shashwati Polki Lumba Rakhi by real families last season.
Arrives gift-ready, in the bloom box
Every rakhi order is nestled in our signature ÖZEL bloom box — marigold yellow, hand-illustrated lilies and pomegranates, wrapped in a rani-pink band — with printed tissue and a note card. Nothing to wrap, nothing to apologise for. It photographs as beautifully as it arrives.

The Bloom Box
A magnetic keepsake box in the festive ÖZEL bloom print — made to be kept on a dresser long after Rakhi.
Wrapped in Tissue
Printed tissue folded over your rakhi inside the rani-pink band — an unboxing that feels like a ceremony.
Note Card
A card for your message — send it straight to your brother's door, gift-ready on arrival.
How this season will go
A small-batch calendar, so you can decide when to order — we'd rather tell you now than apologise in August.
Batch Open
Full range, all designs, rakhis and lumbas. Early orders are packed and shipped first.
Sold Out = Gone
We don't re-run a design mid-season. Once a rakhi sells through, it's gone until next year.
The Courier Rush
Festive volumes slow every courier in the country. Late orders travel through the busiest week of the season.
Raksha Bandhan
The thread is tied. The best seat at this table belongs to the sister who ordered early.

Before you book
Will you restock if a design sells out?
No — and we mean it. Each design is made in one batch for the season. When it sells through, it's gone until next Rakhi. This is why we encourage booking early rather than waiting for Rakhi week.
When should I order to be safe?
As early as you can. We dispatch strictly in order of booking, and the festive courier rush slows deliveries across India in Rakhi week. Early orders travel comfortably; late orders race the calendar.
Can I add a lumba or a second rakhi later?
Only while stocks last — and jodis with lumba tend to go first. If you think you'll need one for bhabhi or a rakhi for another brother, we recommend adding it to this order.
Is each rakhi really handmade?
Yes. Every rakhi is made by hand, which is exactly why batches are small and can't be re-run mid-season.
What about shipping and payment?
Free shipping across India and secure checkout with all major payment methods. Early orders are packed and dispatched first.
Tie the thread. Skip the panic.
One handmade batch, dispatched in order of booking. When it's gone, it's gone until next year.
