The Ira Stripes Dress is a long midi, finishing roughly 46″–50″ depending on your height. The bodice is structured with soft cup detailing; the pleated skirt falls with ease.
Fit: true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a relaxed drape, size up.
Available sizes: XXS · XS · S · M · L · XL · XXL · XXXL.
Fabric & care: 100% cotton. Gentle hand wash or dry clean, dry in shade, and warm iron as needed. A natural-fibre weave may relax slightly with wear.
Shipping. Every order is packed with care and shipped via trusted courier partners. Most orders are delivered within approximately 1 week of purchase; during high-demand periods it may take a little longer. The moment your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on both WhatsApp and email.
Order cancellation. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@ozelbirsey.in or replying to your WhatsApp order confirmation. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — but our exchange policy has you covered.
Exchange & replacement. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your item. Pieces should be unused, unworn and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Each order is eligible for one exchange (size or style, subject to availability) via our self-serve portal or WhatsApp. We arrange a doorstep reverse pickup — free if the item is damaged or defective, with a nominal ₹200 pickup charge for size or style exchanges.
Refunds. Orders lost in transit are fully refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Other approved returns are settled via Ozel store credit within 5–7 business days after a quality check. Items purchased with store credit or gift cards are final sale.

Refunds

- Approved returns: All other approved returns are settled via Ozel store credit, issued within 5–7 business days after the item passes our quality check — so you can choose something you'll truly love.
- Our mistake? We'll make it right. If you receive a missing, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, raise it via our return portal or WhatsApp, and store credit will be processed for you promptly — with free reverse pickup.
To keep things fair for everyone, Ozel reserves the right to decline returns where items are found to be used, damaged, or not meeting the return conditions above.
