Ocean Skies Bag (Gold)
This flap box pouch is just not a bag, but a piece of art. Intricately hand-embroidered with an assortment of lustrous colourful microbeads, crystals, sequins, bugle beads, and 3D fabric manipulation; this bag reminds of beauty under the ocean. It comes with a long chain and an embroidered handle, to style it with both modern and traditional outfits. To add a cherry on the cake one can also pair it up with a delicately hand-embroidered handle with lustrous microbeads and tassels.
Closure: Nickel plated magnetic button.
Material: Hand embroidered on premium Satin, soft lining inside.
You can carry this bag 2 ways -
1. Carry on your shoulder as a sling with a metallic chain given with the bag.
2. Pair it up with the embroidered handle and carry it like a shoulder bag.
Dimension: 5" height, 7-7.5" length, and 3" breadth, the capacity is sufficient to carry your mobile, wallet, sanitiser, and keys.

- Bag orders are delivered within 1 week of purchase.
- All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Not available on orders above ₹30,000.
- Not available for customers whose previous COD orders were rejected at delivery.

Exchanges & Replacements
- You may request an exchange or replacement within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
- Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only (style, subject to availability).
- If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue Ozel store credit for future purchases.
- Please note:
- Items purchased with store credit or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized, custom, or marked-down products may be considered final sale.
Refunds
- We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
- All approved returns will be settled via store credit only, once the returned item clears our quality check.
- Store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days of us receiving the product.
