Description

In Sanskrit, the word swastik is a combination of ‘su’ (meaning ‘good’) and ‘asti’ (meaning ‘to exist’). Popularly, this gets translated as ‘all is well.’ The swastik is thus understood to be a symbol of auspiciousness and good fortune.
