We have a 15-days replacement/exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange or replacement.
We only accept exchange/replacement if the item ordered has a manufacturing defect or gets damaged in transit. Kindly inform us within 2 days of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at email@example.com, through DM us on Instagram @bespoke_ozels with order number and product picture.
To be eligible for a replacement/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your request is accepted, we’ll arrange a return pickup from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange/replacement will not be accepted.
