The Tarini Mirror Flap Bag is a statement piece built around the luminosity of handcrafted mirror work. Every piece is prepared and checked before it leaves us, and dispatch times vary from piece to piece. We would rather not publish a delivery date we cannot hold, so we don't.

Order Cancellation
- Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order — email contact@ozelbirsey.in, reply on WhatsApp, or use the Contact Us form.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but the exchange policy below applies.
Exchange & Replacement
- 7-day window: raise an exchange or replacement request within 7 days of receiving your piece.
- Condition: unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- One-time exchange: each order is eligible for one exchange, subject to availability.

- Doorstep pickup: we arrange reverse pickup from your door. Free when the piece is damaged or defective; a nominal ₹200 applies toward reverse courier for a style change.

Refunds
- Lost in transit: full refund to your original payment method.
- Approved returns: settled as ÖZEL store credit once the piece passes our quality check.
- Our mistake: a missing, defective or incorrectly shipped piece is put right with free reverse pickup.

Will the crystals come loose?
Every stone is set individually and held by pavé-style detailing around it, and stones, closure and chain are checked on every piece before it is packed. What loosens set stones afterwards is water, perfume and hairspray — spray first and pick the bag up last, and store it dry.
Will it look like the photographs?
Faceted crystal changes with the light it is in, so it will not read as one flat colour — it sits truest in daylight, goes deeper under warm light, and is at its brightest under a camera flash. Every photograph on this page is of the actual piece.
Is it ready to give as a gift?
Yes. Every order arrives boxed in ÖZEL packaging and can be handed over exactly as it is — nothing needs re-wrapping.
