ORDER
CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at contact@ozelbirsey.in or replying to your order confirmation WhatsApp message.
You may also submit a cancellation request via the Contact Us form on our website.
Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
EXCHANGE
& REPLACEMENT
We offer a 7 days exchange/replacement policy, meaning you must raise your request within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging
intact.
Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only (size or style, subject to availability).

Items purchased with store credit or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Store credit or gift card credit cannot be
combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method, except in the case of items lost in transit. In such cases, the refund will reflect in the source account within 3–5 business days.
All other approved returns will be settled via Ozel store credit after the item passes quality check. Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds in store credit may also be processed in cases of fulfillment errors
(e.g., missing, defective, or incorrectly shipped items).
Ozel reserves the right to decline returns where items are found to be used, damaged, or not meeting return conditions.
